Shazad Ahmad

Shazad Ahmad is an accomplished technical leader with extensive experience in customer solutions architecture and business transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Solutions Architect at TELUS since January 2015, Shazad has been recognized as a President's Club Winner in 2020 and is responsible for providing technical leadership, mentoring peers, and fostering team collaboration. Prior to TELUS, Shazad held significant roles at Verizon Enterprise Solutions as a Senior Solutions Architect and at MCI-Worldcom/UUNET as a Network Solutions Specialist/Technical Consultant. Shazad's educational background includes a BSc. in Math/Computer Science from the University of Toronto, a Certificate in Telecommunications Management from Ryerson University, and various certifications and courses in project management, cybersecurity, and business consulting, highlighting a commitment to ongoing professional development.
