Tanay Dey P.eng.

Tanay Dey P.Eng. is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in software systems engineering and network management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer and Ops Team Lead at TELUS since June 2017, Tanay leads the wireline Policy and Charging Control Function (PCRF) Platform and manages the Ops Team overseeing the policy platform. Previous experience includes roles as a Network Specialist III at TELUS, where Tanay focused on software upgrades for communication systems, and as a Software and System Architect at GrubDealz Restaurant Services Inc. Tanay began a career in technology as an Android Developer and has held various positions in engineering and programming at SaskTel, the University of Regina, and Khulna University of Engineering and Technology, where responsibilities included software application support, web programming, and teaching software engineering courses. Tanay holds a Master's degree in Software Systems Engineering from the University of Regina and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology.
