Francis Fong

Francis Fong has been a board member at Temasek Polytechnic since January 2013. Prior to that, they were the managing director at SAS from January 2011 to December 2017. Francis has also held various positions at IBM, including director, integrated technology services, ASEAN from January 2011 to December 2013; general manager, global technology services, ASEAN from January 2000 to December 2011; and client executive, Citigroup, financial services sector, Asia Pacific from January 1998 to December 2000. Francis started their career at IBM as a systems engineer in January 1988 and held various positions until they became the regional sales manager for systems in ASEAN/South Asia in January 1995.
