Wong Weng Wai

Wong Weng Wai is a seasoned professional in the field of food and nutrition, currently serving as Senior Manager at the Centre for Applied Nutrition Services at Temasek Polytechnic since July 2019. In addition to managerial responsibilities, Wong Weng Wai also holds the positions of Course Manager and Lecturer for the Diploma in Food, Nutrition & Culinary Science. Prior experience includes a role as a Lecturer at the Institute of Technical Education from March 2012 to June 2019. Wong Weng Wai earned a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from the National University of Singapore between 2009 and 2011, and has a background in education from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
