Jessica Loo

Jessica Loo is an experienced professional in the public sector, currently serving as Associate Director at Temasek Trust since June 2023 and also holding the position of Associate Director at Philanthropy Asia Alliance until April 2025. Prior to these roles, Jessica was the Deputy Director at the Prime Minister's Office from April 2022 to May 2023 and served as Senior Assistant Director at the Ministry of Transport, Singapore from March 2019 to March 2022. Jessica began career in the Ministry of Manpower as a Manager from September 2016 to February 2019. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, attained between 2014 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from UCL, completed from 2011 to 2014.
