Isha Jain

Isha Jain is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate at Temasek since October 2025. Prior to this role, Isha held positions at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst from September 2023 to September 2025, and briefly worked as a Product team member at Powerplay during June to August 2023. Isha has demonstrated leadership skills as the Chief Events Coordinator for the SRCC Business Conclave and as President of the Economics Society at Delhi Public School R.K. Puram. Isha's analytical capabilities were further established during a stint as a Hedge Fund Research Analyst at Shannonside Capital, as well as through a victory at Kroll’s annual valuation challenge, representing the APAC region at global finals in London. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce and a High School Diploma from St. Xavier's School, Hazaribagh.
