Jerlaine Xia

Jerlaine Xia is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in business administration, community service, and investment analysis. As Co Chairperson under KidsCount@Bedok at Youth Corps Singapore, Jerlaine has worked to enhance numeracy skills for young students from low-income families. Previous roles include an internship at KEN Associates, where content creation and planning were key responsibilities, and a position at Credit Suisse as a Compliance Analyst, focusing on transaction safety and risk assessment. Jerlaine also contributed as a Venture Analyst at Plug and Play Tech Center, evaluating global startups, and led marketing initiatives at AddOn Systems Singapore. In leadership, Jerlaine served as Head of NES CatalystX, overseeing a major student-led startathon.
