Stanley Yp Tan

Stanley YP Tan is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and regulatory transactions. Currently serving as Director, Legal & Regulatory (Transactions) at Temasek since February 2022, Stanley previously held the position of Vice President in the same department. Prior to Temasek, Stanley was Group Overseas Senior Counsel & Head of Legal for Southeast Asia at JOYY Inc. from November 2019 to February 2022. Earlier career experience includes roles as Senior Associate at Mayer Brown, Associate at Clifford Chance, and Associate at Baker McKenzie, all specializing in Corporate M&A and capital markets. Stanley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Cambridge, an LLM in Chinese Law and a PCLL from The University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Arts from the University of Cambridge.
