Rustin Hewett

Rustin Hewett currently serves as the Sr. Director of Transportation at Temco Logistics since August 2022. Previously, Rustin worked at UPS from February 2004 to August 2022, holding positions as a Transportation Manager and Business Operations Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, managing logistics, dispatching, payroll, and ensuring safety compliance. Additionally, Rustin was a member of the Emerging Leaders Steering Committee for the United Way of San Diego County from June 2017 to June 2019, acting as a liaison between United Way and UPS. Rustin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management with a minor in Business Administration and Logistics Management from Ashford University and obtained a Private Pilot degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Orion Aviation.
