Alexis Chaudron

Alexis Chaudron, EdD, MSN, MHA, RN, CNOR, NEA-BC, FACHE, currently serves as the Interim Director of Perioperative Services at Temecula Valley Hospital, focusing on enhancing surgical efficiency and managing a team of over 80 staff members. As the owner of Passport Surgical Partners, Alexis facilitates medical and dental care for LGBTQIA+ patients, coordinating safe international medical travel and advocating for health equity. With extensive experience in perioperative services management at organizations such as UCLA Health and USC Verdugo Hills Hospital, Alexis has demonstrated expertise in process optimization, regulatory compliance, and nurse staffing. Alexis holds multiple advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including a Doctor of Education from Vanderbilt Peabody College and various master's degrees from The Johns Hopkins University, positioning him as a leader in healthcare management and education.
