TEMELSU is a well known Turkish consulting engineering company which provides multidisciplinary engineering services, locally and internationally, since its foundation in 1969. TEMELSU’s fields of specialization cover dams and hydroelectric power plants, transportation, water supply, waste water and environmental health, water and soil resources development, pipelines and superstructures. Specialized design groups and service departments within the company provide technical services at all stages, including reconnaissance studies, master plan and feasibility studies, preliminary, final and detailed designs, owner’s engineering services, construction supervision and consultancy services. TEMELSU was one of the first consulting engineering companies in Turkey to undertake engineering projects abroad. These projects are located in Caucasus, Central Asia, Middle East, South Asia, Eastern Europe, Balkans, and Africa. TEMELSU has extensive experience in working in projects financed by international financing institutions and multilateral development banks. Until now, TEMELSU has carried out numerous projects funded by the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, Islamic Development Bank, EIB, EBRD, KfW, European Union, JBIC, JICA and KFAED. Since 2011, TEMELSU has been ranked every year among the “Top 225 International Design Firms” list prepared by ENR Magazine, taking into account only the studies carried out by firms in the international arena. TEMELSU was ranked 2nd in 2016 and 3rd in 2017 and 2018 in the Technical Consultancy Services category of the “500 Great Service Exporters of Turkey” list prepared by the Turkish Exporters Assembly.
