Eugene Khmelevsky

Eugene Khmelevsky is currently the Chief Technology Officer - Americas at Temenos, leading the technological vision and strategy for the region, which includes the United States, Canada, and Latin America, since February 2025. Previously, Khmelevsky served as SVP and Head of Development at infinant Inc, focusing on the development of a modern Banking-as-a-Service platform. At FIS, from January 2018 to May 2022, Khmelevsky held multiple leadership roles including Vice President of Technology and Senior Director of Digital Banking, where responsibilities encompassed software engineering, delivery management, and innovation in digital payments. Previous experience includes directing application development at WorldVentures Holdings and mobile engineering at JCPenney, where Khmelevsky achieved notable milestones in retail mobile applications. Khmelevsky began a career in mobile architecture while at Kohl's and holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
