Jolene Tan is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the technology and financial services sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Attraction Partner at Temenos since April 2024, Jolene previously held roles at Fiserv from August 2020 to April 2024, focusing on talent acquisition and management within a leading global payments company. Prior to that, Jolene worked as a Consultant in Technology Recruitment at Huxley, an IT Sourcing Analyst for Telenor, and a Procurement Professional at IBM. Jolene holds a Bachelor in Business from RMIT University, achieved between 2014 and 2016.
