Taimur El-Halawani

Taimur el-Halawani is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as Distinguished Engineer and Head of AI Architecture at Temenos since March 2020. With a strong background in software and architecture, Taimur has contributed to Julia Computing Inc. since November 2015 and has held senior roles at EPAM Systems as Senior Delivery Manager and at Lab49 as Deputy Practice Head, Principal Consultant, and Senior Consultant. Earlier experience includes serving as Director at txWorx and Managing Consultant/Technical Architect at WestLB Panmure. Taimur's career also includes a significant tenure at Deutsche Bank as Associate Director in the CIO Office and the Global Markets division. Educational foundations include a BSc in Computer Science from Swansea University and further studies at Queen Mary University of London.
