Jennifer Bravo

Jennifer Bravo has over a decade of experience as an English Teacher at Tempe Union High School District, serving in various leadership roles including Junior level chair from 2015 to 2021 and AP Language and Composition level chair since fall 2022. Currently, Jennifer teaches Junior English, AP Language and Composition, and Reading while also sponsoring the DV Book Club and National English Honors Society. Prior experience includes contributions as a member of the Desert Vista 11th grade English Cadre and participation in the TUHSD Assessment team, focusing on curriculum planning and assessment development aligned with Common Core Standards. In addition to school-based roles, Jennifer has been a private English tutor since June 2009, providing tailored lesson plans and test preparation for students aged 9 to 16. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum Instruction: Language and Literacy and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education-English, both from Arizona State University.
