Megan Sterling

Megan Sterling is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic partnerships within educational and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff and Strategic Partnerships at Tempe Union High School District since December 2019, Megan oversees the district's strategic planning, operates within the Superintendent’s Office, and leads the Community Relations team. Prior roles include Executive Director of Community Relations at TUHSD, Executive Producer at Events By Image, Vice President at East Valley Partnership, and various positions in development and donor relations at the Make-A-Wish Foundation, UCLA, USC, and the Center for Civic Education. Megan holds a B.A. in English/History from UC Irvine and has completed leadership programs at the American Express Leadership Academy and Mesa Leadership Program.
