Richard Guy

Richard Guy has held various roles in the manufacturing and operations industries since 1997. Richard started their career in the US Army as an Avenger Weapon Crew Chief and then went on to become an Assembly Line Worker at Lennox Hearth Products in 2005. In 2007, they became a Production Supervisor at INSTEEL WIRE PRODUCTS CO. Richard then moved to TemperPack in 2017, where they held the role of Production Supervisor. In 2018, they left TemperPack for Tesla, where they became a Production Supervisor. Richard returned to TemperPack in 2019, where they have since held the roles of Director of Operations, Operations Manager, Production Planning Manager, and Manufacturing Supervisor.

Richard Guy attended the University of Tennessee at Martin from 2005 to 2006, where they completed one year of study in Secondary Education and Teaching. Richard then attended Mohave Community College from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Finally, they attended the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General.
