Ashley Landry

Ashley Landry is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager and DE&I Champion at Tempest Energy, LLC since July 2021, Ashley oversees hiring practices, manages recruitment metrics, and facilitates onboarding processes. Prior to this role, Ashley worked at Midway from October 2017 to July 2021, advancing from Associate in Team Relations to Senior Associate in Team Operations, effectively managing the hiring process and overseeing the Internship Program. Ashley's earlier experience includes positions at the Louisiana Legislative Auditor, where responsibilities included managing professional development initiatives, and several roles in HR and administrative capacities. Ashley holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University.
