Jerome Erazo has worked in the software engineering field for over 15 years. In 2018, they became a Senior Software Development Engineer / Senior Technical Lead at Tempest House. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at BitRaider from 2013 to 2016, a Senior Web Application Engineer at Xfire from 2013 to 2016, a Senior Web Developer - Web Department at Island Logic, Inc from 2009 to 2013, a Supervisor - Web Department at One Global Contact Center from 2007 to 2009, a Programmer and Design at Pentalogica Software Consulting Company from 2004 to 2007, and a Senior Graphic Artist, IT Consultant, Photographer at Phases 'n Faces from 2003 to 2004.

Jerome Erazo began their education in 1986 when they attended Pugo Catholic School until 1996. In 1997, they enrolled in University of Pangasinan and graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree in the field of Computer Engineering. In September 2022, Jerome obtained a 2021 Data Privacy & Information Security certification from Traliant.
