Marje Armstrong

Marje Armstrong is a seasoned financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at e2open since May 2022, overseeing finance, communications, and HR functions. Additionally, Marje serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Compensation Committee at Templafy since January 2024. Formerly, Marje was Vice President of Finance at Dropbox from May 2021 to May 2022, leading various financial teams. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Afiniti focusing on investor relations and finance, and significant positions at Morgan Stanley and Northwoods Capital Management Partners in trading and risk management. Marje's career began at Goldman Sachs, where foundational experience was gained in investment banking and equities. Marje holds a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Stanford University.
