Molly Peterson

Molly Peterson is an experienced educator and content developer with a strong background in chemistry. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Lab Manager at Temple College since August 2021, Molly also develops educational content for Sapling Learning. Previous roles include Adjunct Instructor and Affiliate Assistant Faculty at the University of Dallas, where responsibilities encompassed teaching various chemistry courses and managing laboratory operations. Additional experience includes serving as a Personalized Online Tutor for Chegg and teaching Senior Chemistry at Cistercian Preparatory School. Molly has held teaching positions at North Lake College and Tarrant County College, focusing on General, Organic, and Biochemistry, and worked as an Associate Editor for Archipelago Learning. Molly earned a doctorate in inorganic materials chemistry from the University of Oregon, where research was conducted as a Graduate Research Assistant.
