Colleen Eroh

Colleen Eroh is an experienced professional in operations and program management, currently serving as the Director of Service Line Operations at Temple Health within the Temple University Health System. Previous roles include Program Manager for Leadership Development Programs and Senior Manager for Performance Improvement and Clinical Value. Colleen has also contributed to academia as a University Lecturer at Rutgers University, specializing in Lean Six Sigma and customer experience innovation. Additional experience includes roles as Process Improvement Trainer/Project Manager at the NBME, Senior Advisor for Operations Excellence at Cancer Treatment Centers of America®, and various managerial positions in talent acquisition and Lean Six Sigma.
