Jill Graziano

Jill Graziano currently serves as Chief Litigation Counsel and Associate General Counsel at Temple Health – Temple University Health System since March 2024. Prior experience includes Chief Counsel and Chief Deputy Attorney General for Impact Litigation at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General from January 2023 to February 2024, and Senior Deputy Attorney General in the Appeals and Legal Services Division at the same office from January 2022 to January 2023. Jill held the position of Chief Deputy District Attorney and Chief of Appeals at the Bucks County District Attorney's Office from October 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included drafting appellate briefs and participating in oral arguments before appellate courts. Previous roles also encompass Assistant District Attorney positions at Bucks County and Manhattan District Attorney's Office, as well as an Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and a Law Clerk for Judge Edmund V. Ludwig. Jill holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School (1998) and a Bachelor's degree from American University (1995).
