Jim Hoyer

Jim Hoyer currently serves as a Technology Advisor at Northeast Total Communications, a position held since January 2023. With extensive experience in IT management, Jim Hoyer has been a part of Temple University Health System since May 2003, initially as Manager of I.T. Virtualization, where responsibilities included managing design and maintenance of client software systems and virtual server infrastructure. Subsequently, Jim Hoyer served as Director of Technical Services, overseeing a team of six managers and 35 full-time employees while directing complex health care IT infrastructure. From May 2004 to September 2013, Jim Hoyer worked as an Enterprise Project Manager, handling multimillion-dollar IT projects across multiple locations and delivering personalized support to senior leadership. Jim Hoyer began the career at Temple University from 1998 to 2004, where management of Microcomputer and LAN Services led to significant improvements in service delivery.
