Steven R. Carson

Steven R. Carson, MHA, BSN, RN, currently serves as Vice President of Clinical Integration at Temple University Health System, a role held since 2008, focusing on the development of pay for performance and clinical outcome programs aimed at enhancing patient safety and quality. With extensive experience in healthcare management, Carson previously held the position of Regional Vice President for Home Health Care at Allegheny Health Education & Research Foundation from 1990 to 1998, overseeing operations for multiple home care agencies and managing significant patient volumes. Additionally, Carson served as Assistant Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Rolling Hill Hospital from 1987 to 1990, responsible for the daily operations of a community hospital. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Health/Health Care Administration from Saint Joseph's University, a BSN from Gwynedd Mercy University, and an ADN from Community College of Philadelphia.
