Tasharra Moses

Tasharra Moses is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as a Food Service Supervisor and cafeteria manager at Temple University Health System since August 2015, Tasharra also works as a Personal Chef at Taste This! Culinary Events Company and has been the Executive Chef at ChiWaffles Worldwide, where a signature dish features boneless chicken breast wrapped in a homemade waffle, since November 2006. Previous positions include Chef de tournant at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from July 2012 to April 2014 and Co-Owner of Sweet Potatoes Restaurant and Catering from 2008 to 2010. Tasharra holds an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Chefs Academy, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Marketing from Mercy University, and an Associate of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from SUNY Westchester.
