Nayah Nicholson

Nayah Nicholson is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Associate Director of HR at Temple University since January 2023. Prior to this role, Nayah held various positions in HR, including Human Resources Generalist at Prevention Point Philadelphia and HR Manager at WOAR - Philadelphia Center Against Sexual Violence. Nayah also worked as HR Contracts and Grants Manager at Flatbush Development Corporation and held HR Specialist positions at both The Luxury Collection (formerly The London Hotel) and Apple. Early career experience includes serving as a Queens membership recruiter and Assistant Director for the Girl Scouts of Greater New York. Nayah Nicholson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Mercyhurst University, obtained in 2012.
