Ryan Young

Ryan Young has extensive experience in residential life and higher education, with roles spanning over 15 years at various institutions. At Temple University, Ryan served as the Director of Residential Life, contributing to strategic program development and managing staffing for a team of approximately 29 full-time employees and 300 student staff. Prior positions include the Assistant Director of Residence Education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, overseeing a residential area for 2,000 first-year students, and Associate Director of Residential Life at Pace University, where Ryan directed residential life operations and staff development. Ryan began the career as a Residence Director at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and briefly taught high school Science. Currently, Ryan is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Higher Education at Temple University.
