Sophia Spatola

Sophia Spatola is currently the Mentoring Matchmaker Project Leader at TUSHRM. Sophia was previously an intern at NWON from May 2021 to September 2021, where they were responsible for posting job opportunities on social media, conducting interviews, and vetting candidates for potential job opportunities. Sophia also interned at JEVS Human Services from January 2021 to May 2021, where they specialized in helping incarcerated candidates begin their career search. Prior to their work in human resources, Sophia was a restaurant manager at Spatola's Pizza from January 2014 to January 2022.

Sophia Spatola has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and an Associate's degree from Bucks County Community College. Sophia also attended Central Bucks HS-South.

Sophia Spatola reports to Mandee Holbrook, VP of External Affairs. They are on a team with Tava Johnson - SHRM Chapter Liaison, Eva Talbert - Session Designer, and Jaqueline Greene - Community Relations Coordinator.
