Scott Kalish

Scott Kalish currently serves as General Counsel and Head of Legal & Regulatory at Templum, Inc. since June 2021. Prior to this role, Kalish held the position of Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at ABN AMRO Clearing Chicago LLC from October 2016 to June 2021, advising on legal aspects of broker-dealer operations and regulatory matters. Kalish also worked as Senior Counsel at OCC from January 2012 to October 2016, where innovative legal solutions were developed to address regulatory challenges. Previous experience includes serving as Counsel and Securities Compliance Examiner at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where investigations into securities fraud were conducted. Kalish began their legal career as a Research Assistant at DePaul University College of Law. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law, a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the same university.
