Helia Saniee

Helia Saniee has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Helia is currently serving as a Plant Manager at TEMPO Communications, Inc. since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Greenlee, where they held several positions. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Supply Chain Systems Manager, overseeing various tasks such as designing layouts for high volume product families to increase capacity and improve productivity. Helia also consolidated assembly work instructions, quality, safety, and standard work into one document, leading to a 50% reduction in business processing. Earlier at Greenlee, from 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer, leading a team in a rebranding marketing project and designing layout for high volume product families. Helia was also involved in implementing electronic presentation for work instructions to improve quality control and user-friendliness. From 2013 to 2016, they held the position of Engineering Development Professional at Greenlee, where they worked as both a Quality Engineer and a Manufacturing Process Engineer.
