Currently, Zlotnik serves as Chief Executive Officer at TF Management Group LLC, focusing on short-term real estate projects, and holds dual roles as Fund Manager at Tempo Growth Management LLC and Tempo Opportunity Fund LLC, directing growth-oriented investments and diversified real estate funds. In addition, Zlotnik is Managing Director at Tempo Funding, LLC, specializing in private lending solutions. Previous roles include Co-Manager at Inspire Capital Management Group, LLC and Inspire Investment Fund I, LLC, where Zlotnik managed short-term bridge loans and mortgage pool funds, respectively. We offer both "classic"ā hard money loans requiring 20%+ down payment, and LTV < 65%, and more flexible lower down payment 0-20% and LTV < 70%, based on ARV loans.
