Aaron J. Gonzalez is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management within the construction and energy sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Tempo Inc. since December 2016, Aaron has also held influential roles such as Vice President and General Manager of Mechanical and Director of Sales for Residential New Construction. Prior to this, Aaron worked at Bell Mechanical in a residential new construction capacity and spent over eight years at Fox Energy Specialists, culminating in the role of Regional Operations Manager for the Texas Region. Earlier career positions include Weatherization Programs Supervisor and Home Energy Rater/Inspector, as well as Store Sales Manager at The Bombay Company.
