Blair Willems serves as the Head of Tempo and Chief Product Officer at Tempo NZ since November 2021, following a tenure as Director of Product at Practiv. Previously, Blair held significant roles at Westpac New Zealand Limited, including Chief Product Owner for Business Online Banking, where responsibilities encompassed leading product vision and execution for digital business channels, as well as managing a team of product owners and agile teams. Blair's experience includes managing the online presence for Greater Christchurch Schools’ Network Trust and leading a Product and UX team at Stats NZ, where a new website was developed. Blair's background also includes leadership roles in training services and content management, along with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Sociology from the University of Canterbury.
