Aliosha Romero has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Aliosha began their career at HADAB subsidiary to HDF-Bolagen AB in 1990 as a Mainframe operator, Developer, Teacher, and Graphics designer. Aliosha worked on computer operations for mainframe systems and later transitioned to website production using static HTML pages and dynamic ASP solutions. Aliosha also conducted short courses on Adobe Photoshop, Adobe PageMaker, and MS Frontpage.

In 2000, Aliosha joined Repronik, which later merged with Elanders Infologistics Väst AB, where they worked as a Developer until 2001. Aliosha then moved to Elanders as a Technical Project Manager, responsible for planning and distributing resources in software development projects.

In 2006, Aliosha joined EC Software as an Account/Project Manager, managing software development projects for international key accounts. Aliosha coordinated international teams and resource operations in Iceland, Sweden, and India, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue. Aliosha also conducted final quality checks and approval before delivery to clients. Aliosha remained with EC Software until 2019.

Most recently, in 2020, Aliosha joined Tempo Software as a Technical Customer Support representative. Aliosha later became a Customer Support Team Lead and further progressed to the position of Team Lead, Structure Customer Support.

Aliosha Romero attended Kattegattgymnasiet from 1986 to 1988, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician. In addition to their formal education, Aliosha Romero obtained a certification in "Persuasive UX: Influencing Behavior Patterns" from LinkedIn in July 2019.
