Allard Rietberg

Allard Rietberg has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the consulting and recruitment industry. Allard is currently the Director of Consultancy for Randstad Group Netherlands, where they are responsible for addressing workforce related challenges for the Group. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Business Consultancy at Tempo-Team, focusing on strategic HR themes. Allard also served as the International Concept Manager for Professionals at Randstad Holding, where they developed and sold new concepts for large-scale clients. Allard has also held leadership positions at Yacht, where they were the Branche Director for Healthcare and later the Area Director of Operations. Additionally, they were the Commercial Director for Yacht Business and responsible for Yacht Interim Management. Before their roles in the recruitment industry, Allard worked as the General Manager at Interapy Nederland B.V., where they oversaw the valorization of a research project and the establishment of the company. Allard also served as the Commercial Manager at Van Heek Medical and as a Product Manager at Johnson & Johnson. Throughout their career, Allard has demonstrated their ability to drive business growth and effectively manage P/L responsibilities.

Allard Rietberg has a diverse education history. Starting from 1983 to 1990, they attended Etty Hillesum College, where they studied atheneum. Allard then moved on to the University of Groningen, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration from 1990 to 1996, obtaining the title of Drs. In 2007 and 2008, Allard attended IESE Business School for the Senior Executive Programme in Business Administration, offered jointly by IESE and TiasNimbas. Continuing their education, they attended the London Business School in 2019 for a course on Leading Transformation in a Digital Age (LTDA). Then, in 2022, they returned to the same institution for a course focusing on new ways in sales. Alongside their formal education, Allard obtained a certification in the 2-Day Growth Hacking Crash Course from the Growth Tribe Academy in March 2018.
