Tirtsa Ooms

Tirtsa Ooms is a professional with diverse experience in customer contact and legal assistance. Currently serving as a Surveillant at Tempo-Team since September 2023, Tirtsa previously worked at WoningNet as Klantcontact from August 2022 to September 2024. Prior experience includes a position in the Klantcontact centrum at CVZ, where responsibilities involved serving as a point of contact for employers, benefit agencies, and citizens regarding health insurance laws and European regulations. Tirtsa also contributed as a Juridisch medewerker at Kinder- en Jongerenrechtswinkel Amsterdam and held a role as a Postbode at PostNL for nearly a decade.
