VP Of Behavioural Science at Temporall

Laurie Parma has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Youth Counselor at a summer camp. In 2013, they completed a Masters Research Internship at the University of Oxford, focusing on visual performances. They also worked as a Scientific Host at Cap Sciences during this time.

In 2014, Laurie joined the University of Cambridge as a Well-being & Environmental Psychology Researcher. They led various research projects on topics such as the relationship between biodiversity and human well-being, as well as the impact of yoga on physical and psychological well-being. In addition to their research role, they also worked as a Graduate Research Intern and later as a Behavioral Scientist.

In 2016, Laurie joined Cambridge Judge Business School for a short period as part of the Accelerate Cambridge program. They then returned to the University of Cambridge as a Business Strategist & Culture Designer at Life Cloud. In this role, they focused on creating contexts for people to thrive and developing people strategies for well-being and performance.

In 2019, Laurie took on the role of Course Lead in Organizational Culture & Well-being at the University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education. They designed and led a course on organizational culture and well-being, exploring the neuroscience of organizational change.

Currently, Laurie is working at Temporall, where they started as a Behavioral Scientist and eventually became the Head of Labs. Temporall is a company in the organizational intelligence industry, using artificial intelligence through their Workbench platform.

Laurie Parma began their education in 2009 at the Université de Bordeaux, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2012. Laurie then participated in the ERASMUS program at the University of Sussex in the same year, focusing on Neuroscience. In 2012, they returned to the Université de Bordeaux to pursue a Master's degree in Neurobiology and Neurosciences, which they completed in 2014. Following this, Laurie Parma joined the University of Cambridge as an intern, specializing in Neuropsychology.
