Alex Lupi

Alex Lupi started their work experience in 1994 as an Operations Manager at International Paper. In 2004, they became a Plant Manager at Sud-Chemie until 2006 when they joined Tempur-Pedic as the Director of Plant Operations.

Alex Lupi has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UNM Anderson School of Management, earned between 2008 and 2010. Alex also holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) from Virginia Tech, obtained in 1993, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Christian Brothers University, obtained between 1988 and 1992. In addition to their degrees, they have a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from CNM - Central New Mexico Community College, obtained in 2012, and attended a Strategy Bootcamp at the Jack Welch Management Institute in 2018.
