Erica Bastian

Erica Bastian has a diverse work experience in the field of strategic sourcing and global sourcing. Erica worked at Tempur Sealy International from 2013 to present (2023) where they held various roles such as Director Strategic Sourcing, Manager Global Sourcing, Expert Category Manager - Global Sourcing, Sourcing Program Manager, and Material Planner. Prior to that, they worked as a Purchase and Inventory Control Coordinator at Hamilton Printing Company from 2011 to 2013.

Erica Bastian holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Lehigh University, which they attained from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from the University at Albany, SUNY, from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from SUNY Schenectady County Community College in 2009.
