Erin Grant

Erin Grant is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as the Head of Public Relations and Communications at Tempur Sealy International since September 2022. Prior to this role, Erin held significant positions at Kroger, including Leader of Corporate Affairs and Media Spokesperson, where Erin directed and managed media and community relations, internal and external communication, video production, government affairs, and ESG initiatives across three states impacting approximately 19,000 associates. Additionally, Erin was the Public Affairs and Communications Manager at Kroger, responsible for developing communication strategies aimed at enhancing employee engagement and awareness of key company initiatives in a multi-state marketing region. Erin is an alumnus of Georgetown College.
