Charlotte Simcock

Charlotte Simcock has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Charlotte is currently the Head of Global Communications and Public Relations at Monotype since 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Board Member for Arts and Theatre at MONK PARROTS INC starting from 2019. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise as the Head of Public Relations, Marketing & Content Teams- North America, where they led a team of professionals in creating impactful campaigns and activations. In 2021, they served as a Communication Strategy & Messaging Advisor at Promly, a social enterprise focusing on mental health and responsible tech. In 2015, they worked as a Secondment Marketing & Comms Strategist at Embajada Nueva Zelandia en Mexico. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Marketing Manager for North + South America at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise. Their earlier roles include Director of Business Development at Conway Data, Inc. from 2008 to 2011, and Vice Consul for Communications and Public Relations at UK Trade and Investment from 2006 to 2008.

Charlotte Simcock completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA program with Mark Ritson in 2021. Charlotte also holds a Master's degree in Economics & Languages from The University of Waikato.
