Gavin McPartlin

Gavin McPartlin currently serves as the Demand Planning Manager at Tempur Sealy International, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Gavin amassed over 15 years of experience at Alltech, progressing through various positions including Global Inventory Manager, Inventory Europe Manager, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Systems Integrator, and Operations Manager Trainee. Starting a career at H.M.P. Stocken as a Finance Administrative Officer from September 2009 to June 2010, Gavin laid a strong foundation for expertise in inventory management and operations. Gavin holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Staffordshire, completed in 2003.
