Jill Downey Johnson

Jill Downey Johnson has a solid work experience in the marketing and engineering fields. Jill began their career at Ceradyne, Inc. as a Process Engineer from May 2005 to September 2010. Jill then joined Tempur Sealy International where they held various roles, starting as a New Products Program Manager from September 2010 to February 2014. Jill then became a Brand Manager from February 2014 to January 2016. After that, they served as the Director of Marketing for Stearns & Foster from January 2016 to April 2017. Following this, they took on the position of Director of Marketing for Tempur-Pedic from April 2017 to the present. Recently, they were promoted to the Vice President of Marketing for Tempur-Pedic starting in January 2020.

Jill Downey Johnson received a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from the University of Kentucky in 2007. From 2008 to 2011, they pursued a Masters in Business Administration from the same institution.
