Joshua Shelton

Joshua Shelton is an experienced quality engineer currently employed at Tempur Sealy International since September 2020, where responsibilities include maintaining metrics for quality reporting. Prior experience includes serving as a quality engineer at MEC from January 2019 to 2020, overseeing quality improvement analyses and managing the Corrective Action Report program. Joshua also held positions at Defiance Metal Products and ClosetMaid, where roles encompassed both quality engineering and production supervision, including the management of quality assurance teams. Early career experience with ATK involved project management in facilities engineering, with multiple internships supporting facility improvements.
