Lisa Nowak

Lisa Nowak's work experience begins in 1995 when they worked at The Little Tikes Company as an Engineering & Maintenance Manager and Blowmold Production Manager. Lisa then moved on to work at Danaher Power Solutions as a Plant Manager from 2000 to 2002. Following that, they joined Sealy in 2002 as the Director of Manufacturing, where they led a team of 176 employees in producing mattresses and boxsprings. In 2014, Lisa joined Tempur Sealy International as the Director of Manufacturing Quality Assurance. Lisa later became the Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations (Central Region) for the company.

Lisa Nowak attended The University of Akron from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2010, they also studied Six Sigma Black Belt at the University of Akron Medina County University Center.
