Nycole Barnes

Nycole Barnes is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in demand planning and inventory management. Currently serving as the Director of Demand Planning at Tempur Sealy International since September 2018, Nycole has previously held various leadership roles at Lexmark International, Inc., including Senior Manager and ISS NA Laser HW Planning Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing planning teams in North America and managing inventory levels for laser hardware. Nycole's extensive background at Lexmark from March 1996 to September 2018 encompasses a range of roles such as Supply Chain Manager, where the creation of a supply planning team in Shenzhen, China was a notable achievement, as well as positions as Buyer Planner and Buyer/Planner for service parts.
