Scott Vollet

Scott Vollet is the Executive Vice President, Global Operations at Tempur Sealy International. Prior to this, they were the WW Supply Chain Director at Lexmark International from October 1997 to August 2009. During their time at Lexmark, they held numerous Senior Management positions focused on Sales & Operations Planning, Far East Supplier Management, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Strategy and Initiatives, and SAP ERP implementation. Before that, they were a Senior Supply Chain Consultant at Gemini Consulting from January 1992 to December 1997 where they were focused on Business Process Re-engineering within Supply Chain. Their career started at Texas Instruments where they were an Industrial Engineering Supervisor from January 1987 to December 1992. There they were accountable for supporting electro-mechanical assembly and representing Manufacturing in the product development process (EMI activity).

Scott Vollet earned their MBA in Corporate Finance from The University of Dallas and their BSIE in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Scott also attended Vianney High School.
