Sharon Sullivan

Sharon Sullivan is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience in store operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of Stores at Tempur Sealy International since April 2012, Sharon has successfully led the expansion of flagship stores, contributing to a growth of 99 stores nationwide. Previously, Sharon worked as a General Manager at Pottery Barn, a District Manager for NBTY overseeing 18 stores, and held multiple roles at Arhaus, including Vice President of Store Operations and Regional Manager. Sharon began a retail career as a Store Manager at The Gap, Inc., managing various locations. Educationally, Sharon holds a B.S. in Business/Marketing from Bowling Green State University.
