Stephen Castner

Stephen Castner has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies in the sales and marketing field. Stephen is currently working as the Divisional Vice President - Sales at Tempur Sealy International since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Sales - Big Box Channel at Tempur Sealy International, Inc. from January 2019 to June 2022. Stephen also served as the National Account Director for Sears at Tempur Sealy International from February 2009 to December 2018. Before joining Tempur Sealy International, Stephen worked at Whirlpool Corporation as a Senior Sales Manager and Senior Category Manager from 2004 to 2009. Stephen also gained experience at Samsung Electronics and BSH Home Appliances as a National Account Manager and Director of Customer Development, respectively. Stephen started their career as a Regional Sales Manager at Fibre Craft in 1994 and held various roles at Eden Toys and Sears, Roebuck and Co. from 1988 to 1993.

Stephen Castner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Administration from Bradley University from 1983 to 1987.
